In that case, unplug, rotate, and re-plug to reconnect properly. - Ensure the installation surface is clean, dry, and smooth. Avoid using the strip directly on freshly painted white walls to prevent damage. - If you decide to cut the strip, only the portion that remains connected to the controller will remain operational. To reconnect different sections, a 4-pin connector (not included) is necessary.
